For your Laboratory Diagnostics product orders, if a product is unavailable due to a backorder, a notification will appear on the Review Order page. The following Webshop options can be selected:
Ship Available Quantity and Backorder Remainder: The available quantity will ship out immediately and the remainder will ship when product becomes available. Note: You may receive a different lot number when the backorder is filled.
Ship Available Quantity Only: The available quantity will ship and the remainder will be removed from your order.
Delete Item: The item will be deleted from the order.
