How to place a Laboratory Diagnostics order against a reserved batch

The USA customers who have batch reservation agreement with Siemens for Laboratory Diagnostics products will be able to place order against specific batch.

  1. Enter the Siemens material number or description of the product in the Search field located on the Homepage or click on the Product Search tab for a more refined search.

  2. Select the item from the list provided and hit Search.

  3. Adjust the quantity of the item as needed and click Add to Cart.

  4. A popup message will appear stating that the item has been successfully added to the Shopping Cart; select either Continue Shopping or Go to Cart.

Note: The popup will disappear after several seconds so you may continue with your activity. The Shopping Cart can also be accessed at any time by selecting the My Cart tab at the top of the page.

  1. Once all of the products are added to the Shopping Cart, review the order, adjust if necessary, and click the Continue button located at the bottom of the page.

  2. The Billing Information page is displayed. Review the information shown, select a payment method, enter a Purchase Order number, and click Continue.

  3. The Batch Quotation page is displayed. Use the dropdown to select the requested batch for the appropriate items and click Continue.

  4. The Shipping Information page is displayed. Review the information shown, adjust if needed, select the desired shipping method, and click Continue.

  5. The Review Order page is displayed. Review the information, adjust if necessary and click Submit Now located at the bottom of the page.

Note: Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made. To make changes to your order, please use the contact link from the top menu to call the appropriate Siemens support team.
