From the Homepage, click on My Orders located at the top of the page.
Enter the Order number or Purchase Order number in the text fields.
Note: The Delivery Status and Sort By dropdown menus narrow the search results.
Click on the order and locate the tracking number provided beneath Tracking Information.
When items in your order are shipped or partially shipped, your order status will be updated and each item shipment status is updated as well. Please review the order details page for updates.
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages and may be delivered from multiple shipping points within Siemens depots. You will not be charged additional shipping charges even in case the order is shipped as multiple packages.
Tracking information is available once Siemens generates the shipping label and prepares the package for Carrier pickup. There may be several hours between Tracking information is generated and carrier tracking details is available through carrier’s tracking info.
Tracking Number is clickable for FedEx and similar carriers and is accurate based on Carrier updates.
