Reduced Freight Eligibility

Siemens Healthineers offers customers the opportunity to receive reduced freight charges on eligible Laboratory Diagnostics orders.

To Qualify

• Meet the applicable minimum order value requirement
• Select Standard Shipping when placing your order

Free Freight Eligibility with Autoship

Looking to reduce shipping costs? Consider enrolling in Autoship. Eligible Autoship orders may qualify for free freight when the following requirements are met.

Eligible for Free Freight

• The order is placed through the Autoship program
• The order meets the applicable minimum order value requirement
• The order is shipped using Siemens Healthineers Standard Shipping (2-Day Delivery)

Restrictions

• Autoship orders shipped using a customer-designated third-party freight provider are not eligible for free freight
• Autoship participation remains available when using a third-party freight provider
• All applicable shipping charges will apply to Autoship orders fulfilled through a third-party freight provider

Backorders

If a Laboratory Diagnostics product is unavailable due to backorder, a notification will be displayed on the Review Order page before the order is submitted.

Option 1: Ship Available Quantity and Backorder Remainder

The available quantity ships immediately, and the remaining quantity ships when the product becomes available.

Note: The backordered quantity may be fulfilled using a different lot number.

Option 2: Ship Available Quantity Only

The available quantity ships immediately, and the remaining quantity is removed from the order.

Option 3: Delete Item

The item is removed from the order.
