Access for additional sold-to/ship-to combinations for Laboratory Diagnostics products

  1. From the Homepage, click on the Settings tab located at the top of the page.

  2. Click the Multiple Accounts tab, enter the sold-to/ship-to numbers in the text fields, and click Request Access.
