Returning the damaged or defective parts is only applicable for orders placed for Imaging/Therapy and Clinical products.
If a damaged or defective part is received, ensure it satisfies the below criteria prior to returning:
The product has not been installed
The external packaging has been opened, but the interior packaging/wrapping has NOT been opened.
Upon inspection by Siemens, if the product is found not to be defective or damaged, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Customized parts and special orders are not accepted for return
RMA number is displayed in order review page.
If not considered damaged or defective on arrival, shipping and handling charges are customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
