When you are purchasing items from Webshop, you are charged contract pricing if they have an active contract in place with Siemens. In the absence of an active contract, Siemens will charge customers the list price for the product. The pricing information is displayed on the Review Order page. In case of Imaging and Clinical Products and spare parts, Price reflects the discounts applicable for ‘Core’ exchange credit. This means, the discount for the used part is already discounted and applied to the total price in your order. In case of Pro-rated spare parts, pro-rating additional discount may be provided after you have returned the item and Siemens evaluates and calculated the pro-rated item credit.
