Customer data is managed by a single customer id called Web ID. Web ID reflects a single Customer Group of various Sold To and Ship to Ids and details for several of your locations. Please note that your LifeNet account is also based on the Web ID and you are able to shop for any systems presented within the Web ID.
In addition, your WebID is a single group within which all users within your organization are grouped and have access to data for all equipment and systems within the Web ID as a group.
